Introducing the new Party Wall Bonded Bead System for insulating homes built with a Party Wall Cavity. It’s estimated that 20% (5 million) homes in the UK have a Party Wall Cavity, leading to heat loss between neighboring properties. Insulating this wall not only reduces heat loss but can also help minimize noise transfer and lower heating bills.
Party Wall Insulation can be added to a standard installation or retrofitted to homes that already have cavity wall insulation. With the new Bonded Bead system, the insulation can be installed from the outside of your home without disturbing the interior or requiring pipework to be brought through the house. All installations are backed by a 25-year guarantee.
You may be eligible for grant funding to help cover the cost of party wall insulation. Check if you qualify for ECO funding, which has been increased to include D-rated EPC homes in the social housing sector, as well as E, F, and G-rated homes.
